At Pom’s Island, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted in Sri Lanka and prepared with care before it begins its journey to you.

Processing Time

All items are handmade and made to order unless otherwise stated.

Please allow 1–3 weeks for your order to be handcrafted and prepared for shipment. Processing times may vary slightly depending on order quantities.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care each piece deserves.

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times are determined by the courier and are outside of our control.

Shipping Methods

We offer two shipping options:

Tracked Express Shipping (FedEx or equivalent courier)
Reliable and fully trackable international delivery.

Economy Shipping – Snail Mail
A slower, more affordable option without reliable tracking.

Please note that Economy / Snail Mail deliveries may take 10–40 days depending on destination and local postal services.

• United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
• United Kingdom & Europe: 5–10 business days
• Asia & Australia: 5–10 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly due to customs processing or local courier delays.


Tracking

Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

For Economy / Snail Mail shipments, tracking numbers may not update regularly depending on the destination country.


Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes determined by your country’s regulations.

These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pom’s Island is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at pomsisland@gmail.com and we will assist you in contacting the courier.
