We put a lot of love into every toy, but if something’s not right, we’ve got you covered.
Returns accepted if:
∙Within 14 days of delivery
∙Unused and in original packaging
∙Not a custom order (since those are made specifically for you)

How It Works

You can return any toy you’ve purchased from Pom’s Island as long as it’s unused and in the original packaging, within 14 days from the date your order was delivered.
When we receive your return and confirm it meets our policy, we’ll issue a full refund of the purchase price.

Please note: Refunds cover the item cost only, not shipping fees.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your toy arrives damaged or broken, contact us right away! We’ll sort it out – either with a replacement or full refund. Just send us photos of the damage so we can see what happened.

∙Which item(s) you’re returning
∙Reason for return (helps us improve!)
 
Important:
∙You’re responsible for return shipping costs
∙We recommend using a trackable service
∙Refunds are issued to your original payment method
∙Allow 5-7 business days after we receive your return for processing
 
Items We Can’t Accept Returns On
❌ Custom orders (since they’re made specifically for you)
❌ Sale or clearance items
❌ Items that have been used or are no longer in original packaging
