Processing Time

All items are handmade and made to order unless otherwise stated.

Please allow 5–10 business days for processing before your order is shipped.

During peak seasons or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer. We always do our best to dispatch orders as quickly as possible while maintaining quality. Once the item is shipped,

Please note snail mail will take anywhere between 10 – 40 days and is not trackable.

Once a package leaves our hands, we cannot control when it will reach you.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pom’s Island is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
